Trivy Scanner Releases

Release notes for harbor-scanner-trivy, the Container Registry build of the Trivy scanner adapter Harbor uses for vulnerability scanning and SBOM generation. Its Helm chart has its own release notes.

The adapter is versioned on its own line and released on its own schedule, so its version has no relationship to a Harbor version.
