Trivy Scanner Helm Chart Releases

Release notes for the Helm chart of [`harbor-scanner-trivy`](/docs/release-notes/trivy-scanner/index.md), the Trivy scanner adapter Harbor uses for vulnerability scanning and SBOM generation.

The chart is versioned on its own line and released on its own schedule, so a chart version has no relationship to an adapter or Harbor version.
